Community leaders in Izere are choosen respected personalities charged with the tasks of pioneering the affiars of the people at various levels. While the Traditional rulers are the custodians of
the tradition and culture of the people, Community Development Associations, Elders Council and Youth Movements were formed to champion the people's course in these various aspects.
